    Abstract: A method and apparatus for grounding the individual wire shields of plural conductors in a cable when making electrical interconnections is described. A metallic disc is provided with ferrules to which the wire shields are affixed. The conductors are passed through the ferrules and interconnections made. The disc is then secured about its periphery to a backshell structure and then grounded.
