    Abstract: A device for processing an abnormal sleep state of an operating system is provided. The processing device includes a detection unit, an abnormal event determination unit, an event information verification unit and an abnormality notification unit. The detection unit detects whether a screen lid closing event occurs, wherein the operating system is preset to enter a sleep mode when a screen lid is closed, and the operating system is preset to enter a wake-up mode when the screen lid is opened. The abnormal event determination unit determines whether the screen lid is closed and whether an event that the operating system is not entering the sleep mode occurs. The event information verification unit verifies an event information and determines whether the event is classified as an abnormal event. The abnormality notification unit sends an abnormality notification to a system administrator unit, which performs a processing according to power status.

The lidar device is configured to collect 3D point cloud data of the power transmission lines. The master console is configured to receive the 2D image data and the 3D point cloud data, and establish a mapping relationship between the 2D image data and the 3D point cloud data; recognize a target object, determine 3D point coordinates of the target object, and calculate a distance from the target object to the power transmission lines.

The energy saving arrangement includes a water-cooling device frequently introducing a predetermined amount of water to a surface of the finned tube to water-cool the refrigerant within the finned tube for enhancing a cooling efficiency of the condensing unit while being energy efficient. The energy saving arrangement further includes a metering device for controllably pumping the refrigerant from the condensing unit to the evaporator especially when a pressure inside the condensing unit is lower than a threshold pressure.
