    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry determines an initial block vector for predicting a current block in a current coding tree unit (CTU) in response to the current block being predicted in an intra block copy (IBC) mode. The processing circuitry performs template matching based on the initial block vector to determine a refined block vector that points to a reference block in a same picture as the current block, and reconstructs the current block based on the reference block.

    Abstract: Computer implemented methods and computerized apparatus are provided for global registration between a first point cloud and a second point cloud obtained by a scanning device on an identical spatial scene at two separate instances. The method comprises extracting a first set of discriminative line-pairs from the first point cloud and a second set of discriminative line-pairs from the second point cloud, wherein a discriminative line-pair is a line-pair having high discriminative power compared to a randomly selected line-pair. In some embodiments, then a plurality of matching line-pair groups between the two sets of discriminative line-pairs are identified in accordance with one thresholding criterion related to between-line relationship, line geometry and line location; and a compass angle criterion related to compass errors of the scanning device. The method further comprises finding most reliable correspondence between the two point clouds by voting and then computing a global transformation matrix.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pocket fabric, including at least one tubular pocket, where each tubular pocket includes: a tubular sidewall formed between two ends of the tubular pocket; at least two filling chambers formed between the two ends and surrounded by the tubular sidewall; and at least one mesh barrier layer provided between two filling chambers and substantially perpendicular to the tubular sidewall, wherein the filling chambers are communicated with each other. The mesh barrier layer allows fluffy filler to be maintained in the filling chamber and substantially prevents it from moving to adjacent filling chambers, so that the filler cannot accumulate in one place due to gravity or other external forces. Therefore, the pocket fabric of the present invention can maintain the desired warmth retention property after a period of use with filler evenly distributed inside.

The mutation of either of the two sites or the simultaneous mutation of the two sites can confer or improve the resistance of the plant EPSPS mutant to glyphosate. Plants or recombinant bacteria for transforming the plant EPSPS mutant can grow normally in the presence of glyphosate.
