The method includes: receiving, by a receiver, a plurality of Control Resource Set (CORESET) configurations, a plurality of search space set configurations, and a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) transmitted with a plurality of repetitions; wherein the plurality of repetitions of the PDCCH are transmitted from a plurality of transmitting-receiving identities, and one CORESET is associated with one search space set; and determining, by a processor, linked monitoring occasions and/or linked candidates for blind detection of the PDCCH with soft combining.

Abstract: Provided is an oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug containing a 3-bromopyruvate as an axial ligand, with a molecular formula of cis,trans,cis-[Pt(1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane)(OH)(3-bromopyruvate)(C2O4)]. It is a prodrug of oxaliplatin and 3-bromopyruvic acid is a small molecular glycolysis inhibitor. The prodrug is able to simultaneously act on DNA replication and glycolytic pathways of cancer cells, giving full play to the advantage of double-acting targets. The oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug is synthesized by using oxaliplatin as a starting material, performing axial oxidation with H2O2 and neutralizing the oxidized product with 3-bromopyruvic acid.

The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a triple data set; design of a model architecture and training of a model, wherein the model architecture comprises an encoding layer, a head entity extraction layer and a relation-tail entity extraction layer; determination of the relation between the sentences of the text; triple combination and graph visualization. The design of the model framework of the present disclosure adopts a Chinese Bert pre-training model as an encoder. In the entity extraction part, two BiLSTM binary classifiers are used to identify the start position and end position of an entity. The head entity is first extracted, and then the tail entity corresponding to the entity relation is extracted from the extracted head entity.

Abstract: A protease with a function of degrading carotenoids of scallop is provided, which belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. In particular, the present invention relates to the sequence and application of a carotenoid oxidase gene of scallop. The present invention analyzes the gene sequence, and verifies that the gene has function of degrading carotenoids of scallop scallop by RNA interference technology, and can be used to increase the carotenoid content of the scallop muscle of scallop scallop. The gene verified that the gene expression products can degrade carotenoids accumulated in bacteria. In addition, the RNA interference method provides a powerful tool for the study of scallop functional genes; the prokaryotic expression and protein purification methods provided can efficiently prepare oxidative lyases of carotenoid in scallop, so as to provide necessary experimental tools for in-depth research of the mechanism of shell carotene metabolism.

Abstract: Provided is a primer for metal surfaces and the preparation method thereof. The primer comprises 50-80 wt % of organic solvent (A), 2-15 wt % of phenolic resin (B), 1-10 wt % of rubber elastomer (C), 1-10 wt % of silane coupling agent (D), 5-25 wt % of metal oxide powder (E), and 1-10 wt % of inorganic filler (F); wherein the organic solvent (A) is an organic solvent capable of dissolving the phenolic resin (B) and the rubber elastomer (C), and the inorganic filler (F) is different from the metal oxide powder (E). The primer can facilitate the bonding of metal and rubber, and has high adhesion strength.
