    Abstract: A gene chip includes a chip carrier, a plurality of DNA nanoballs assembled on the chip carrier, and a polymer film formed on the chip carrier and wrapping the DNA nanoballs. The polymer film includes at least one of a film of a positively charged polymer, a film of a positively charged polymer which is modified, a film of a zwitterionic polymer, and a composite polymer film. The composite polymer film is formed by a layer-by-layer self-assembly process of a positively charged polymer and a negatively charged polymer. The gene chip has good sequencing quality and different functions can be achieved by coating with different polymers, such as the chip surface rapidly drying out and surface non-specific adsorption. A method of preparing a gene chip is further disclosed.

    Abstract: An enhanced GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) radio-frequency device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The enhanced GaN HEMT radio-frequency device includes a substrate, a first AlN interposed layer, a GaN buffer layer, a GaN trench layer, a second AlN interposed layer, an AlGaN barrier layer, a p-AlGaN layer, a metal drain electrode, a metal source electrode, and a metal gate electrode. Under an extremely high vacuum degree, metal Mg is doped and diffused to the AlGaN layer to form the p-AlGaN layer, and the metal Mg further forms a p-n junction with the undoped AlGaN layer, thereby depleting a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) under the gate. A HfO2 layer covers the metal Mg to prevent oxidation of the metal Mg.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of nowcasting early-warning technology, and discloses a thunderstorm gale early-warning method, system, equipment and terminal. The thunderstorm gale early-warning method comprises: preprocessing single radar data to identify potential thunderstorm gale areas; and in real-time service, calling the thunderstorm gale parameter model in the potential thunderstorm gale areas identified by single radar every time to perform extrapolation for 1 hour, thereby forming a thunderstorm gale early-warning product within the next hour. The thunderstorm gale early-warning method provided by the present invention makes full use of the identification technology of dual polarization radar to identify the potential of thunderstorm gale, acquires falling areas of potential thunderstorm gale within the next hour by the extrapolation technology, and has better advance and accuracy compared with the existing thunderstorm gale early-warning method.

For a 3D image reconstructed in a single visual area range, crosstalk created by the diffuse reflective feature of pixels on a 3D image in other visual areas can be eliminated, thereby improving the viewing experience.
