The SCI indicates the second terminal device to re-determine the resource selection method for the second terminal device based on the updated L1 priority value, so that the time-frequency resource block selected by the second terminal device according to the re-determined resource selection method is different from the time-frequency resource block currently selected by the first terminal device.
