The data sensing method comprises the steps of turning off the transistor when the stored data is a predetermined value before enabling the sense amplifier to sense the voltage of the bit line and the reference bit line, and turning on the transistor when the stored data is opposite to the predetermined value such that a charge sharing process occurs between the storage capacitor and a parasitic capacitor of the bit line before enabling the sense amplifier to sense the voltage of the bit line and the reference bit line.

The measurement information is used to select a preferred predetermined laser processing recipe from a lookup table. The laser processing recipe is then used to process the work piece (28). The lookup table of laser processing recipes can be established from theoretical calculations, from trial an error by an operator, from an automated systematic recipe variation process with post process testing, or from some combination of these or other methods. An automated process can also reduce operator errors and may store measurement values for convenient tracking of work piece characteristics.

The disclosed invention employs classified input methods for Chinese characters, phrases or sentences to process documentary editing. Users are able to make an immediate selection in the input system for relevant Chinese characters, phrases and sentences from the database through the comparison functions of imperfect and fuzzy phonetic transcriptions after inputting a phonetic transcription message in the input edit column. Through the input system, relevant Chinese characters and phrases can be rapidly found and listed in the elected characters and phrases column, so that users are able to choose a desired character, phrase or sentence with a hotkey. Moreover, the input system also provides an automatic store function for expanding Chinese characters, phrases and sentences.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for the preparation of zirconium tungstate (ZrW2O8) ceramic body, comprising a reactive sintering step to react and sinter powders of the raw materials comprising a Zr-containing compound and a W-containing compound to form a zirconium tungstate ceramic body. The addition of zirconium tungstate powders as the seeds in the process can effectively reduce the steps, shorten the preparation time, lower the sintering temperature and duration, save the cost, and provide the zirconium tungstate ceramic body with uniform microstructure. Also, a process for the preparation of modified zirconium tungstate ceramic body is disclosed, by forming a second phase in the zirconium tungstate ceramic body to tune the thermal expansion coefficient of the zirconium tungstate ceramic body. The present invention also relates to the use of the modified zirconium tungstate ceramic body to provide a temperature compensated fiber bragg grating (FBG) device.

Abstract: A method and system for starting a multiple PDA OS through a menu is disclosed. The invention mainly modifies the BIOS booting procedure in a notebook PC installed with multiple OS's. After the notebook PC is turned on, the multiple OS's are detected. These multiple OS's, including a PDA OS and a normal notebook PC basic OS (such as the Windows OS), are displayed on a menu. By ignoring some hardware diagnostic steps during the BIOS booting procedure and only performing hardware diagnoses for those input devices that support menu manipulations, the starting speed of the laptop can be accelerated. The user can thus start any OS by clicking the desired item in the OS menu.

Abstract: The specification discloses a typewriting sentence learning system and the corresponding method with hint profolio. A hint module output a combination of hints in a sentence database. A result comparison module compares the sentence entered by the learner with the correct answer and sends the comparison result to a level tuning module. Then, a source weight for each of a number of game sources needed by each of the game stages is determined, so that a game evaluating module is set up. According to the difficulty level and content of the learning software, a learning weight is respectively determined, so that a learning evaluating module is set up. Next, a related database is set up according to the source weight, the learning evaluating weight, and a transformation function, so that the source weight and the learning evaluating weight can be exchanged to each other.
