    Abstract: Disclosed are a Nested Named Entity Recognition method based on part-of-speech awareness, system, device and storage medium therefor. The method uses a BiLSTM model to extract a feature of text word data in order to obtain a text word depth feature, and each text word of text to be recognized is initialized into a corresponding graph node, and a text heterogeneous graph of the text to be recognized is constructed according to a preset part-of-speech path, the text word data of the graph nodes is updated by an attention mechanism, and the features of all graph nodes of the text heterogeneous graph are extracted using the BiLSTM model, and a nested named entity recognition result is obtained after decoding and annotating. The present disclosure can recognize ordinary entities and nested entities accurately and effectively, and enhance the performance and advantages of the nested named entity recognition model.

The system employs a local, real-time speech recognition model to transcribe medical conversations accurately without relying on cloud-based processing. The transcribed text is then sent to a cloud-based LLM for summarization and generation of a comprehensive medical note. The local speech recognition model is pre-trained on a dataset comprising numerous medical terms and phrases, and it can be iteratively improved through user feedback and additional training. This innovative approach eliminates the ongoing costs associated with cloud-based transcription services while ensuring data privacy and security by keeping sensitive patient information on the mobile device. The system offers the ability to deliver a better product at a price point an entire order of magnitude lower than our competitors.

The process comprises contacting a hydrocarbon feed stream with a catalyst in a reactor to produce a reactor effluent stream. The reactor effluent stream is separated to provide a dry gas stream. The dry gas further separated into a CO2 rich stream and a CO2 lean stream. The CO2 lean stream is used to produce methanol. The methanol is contacted with an MTO catalyst to produce an olefin stream. The olefin stream is oligomerized by contacting it with an oligomerization catalyst in an oligomerization reactor to produce an oligomerized olefin stream which is further hydrogenated. A sustainable aviation fuel is taken from the hydrogenated oligomerized stream.

    Abstract: We have discovered a process for catalytic production of olefins comprising passing a feed stream to an isomerization unit to provide a first hydrocarbon stream rich in iso-paraffins. The first hydrocarbon stream is contacted with a first stream of fluid catalyst in a first reactor riser to produce a first mixture of spent catalyst and product gases. The first mixture of spent catalyst and product gases is separated into a first cracked product stream and a first stream of cool catalyst. A dilute ethylene stream is separated from the first cracked product stream which is oligomerized to produce a second hydrocarbon stream comprising C4+ oligomers. The second hydrocarbon stream is contacted with a second stream of fluid catalyst in a second reactor riser to produce a second mixture of spent catalyst and product gases.
