    Abstract: Use of a gene ZmNPF6.8 in regulation of a nitrogen uptake and utilization efficiency of Zea mays L. and a yield per Zea mays L. plant is provided. The gene ZmNPF6.8 has: 1) a coding region nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 3; or 2) a nucleotide sequence that has 90% or more homology with the coding region nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 3 and encodes a same functional protein as the coding region nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 3. In the present disclosure, a Mutator transposon can be inserted into an amino acid-coding region of the gene ZmNPF6.8 to down-regulate an expression level of the gene and significantly reduce a nitrogen uptake and utilization efficiency of Zea mays L. and a yield per Zea mays L. plant.

    Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of gene therapy, and discloses a method for treating a tumor with a combination of an exogenous antigen and a therapeutic agent. The present application also discloses a composition including an exogenous antigen and a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic agent. With the exogenous antigen as a target, the therapeutic agent kills a tissue or cell carrying the exogenous antigen and does not act on any tissue or cell without the exogenous antigen, thereby specifically killing the tissue or cell, such as a tumor cell. Since the exogenous antigen can be expressed in different types of tumors in different individuals, the method of the present application is a broad-spectrum anti-tumor method.

The tether can be dimensioned to extend from the heart valve leaflet through the heart ventricle to the opening in the heart wall, and through the opening in the heart wall to the surgical pad. The tissue ingrowth promoting coating can comprise a protein and be configured to promote native tissue growth over the cord to provide regenerated native tissue over the tether for coupling the heart valve leaflet to the heart wall.

    Abstract: Provided are a preparation method for a CTL cell and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: inducing a CTL cell by using a tumor antigen PAP-GM-CSF sensitized DC cell; and knocking out a PD-1 gene of the CTL cell to obtain a PD-1 knock-out CTL cell. The CTL cell obtained by the preparation method can be used for preparing drugs for treatment of prostate cancer, especially for treating PAP-positive prostate cancer. The CTL cell does not cause CTL cell failure and anergy due to the tumor-expressed PD-L1 after being transfused into the body, thereby producing efficient specific cytotoxic effect on a tumor cell and improving the curative effect and reducing the side effect.

    Abstract: The process converts ethylene in a dilute ethylene (dry gas) stream that may be derived from an FCC product to propylene. The process includes an oligomerization step to convert ethylene in the dilute ethylene stream to heavier olefins, and a second reaction step to convert the heavier olefins to propylene. The oligomerization catalyst may be an amorphous silica-alumina base with a Group VIII and/or VIB metal. The catalyst is resistant to feed impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon oxides, hydrogen and ammonia. At least 50 wt-% of the ethylene in the dilute ethylene stream can be converted to C4+ olefins and recycled to the FCC for cracking to propylene.

The method uses a BiLSTM model to extract a feature of text word data in order to obtain a text word depth feature, and each text word of text to be recognized is initialized into a corresponding graph node, and a text heterogeneous graph of the text to be recognized is constructed according to a preset part-of-speech path, the text word data of the graph nodes is updated by an attention mechanism, and the features of all graph nodes of the text heterogeneous graph are extracted using the BiLSTM model, and a nested named entity recognition result is obtained after decoding and annotating. The present disclosure can recognize ordinary entities and nested entities accurately and effectively, and enhance the performance and advantages of the nested named entity recognition model.
