The apparatus may also include one or more radiation energy sources configured to provide thermal radiation toward the object. The apparatus may also include an airflow generating element configured to provide an airflow by effecting the airflow into the first airflow channel through the airflow inlet and direct a first portion of the airflow in the first airflow channel toward the airflow outlet. The apparatus may further include an airflow guide assembly configured to provide a second airflow channel through which a second portion of the airflow in the first airflow channel is guided to a target region. The target region abuts at least one of the one or more radiation energy sources.
