    Abstract: A method for transmitting data and a wireless charging equipment using the same are disclosed. When the wireless charger transmits data, an output current of the wireless charger is controlled at a preset current value so that there is a higher variation in amplitude of a current or a voltage on an inductive element to thereby enable a signal receiver to demodulate the signal. At the end of data transmission, the output current is resumed consistent with a driving current of the load at the moment. The present disclosure can address the problem of impossible normal communication in the wireless charger at the circumstance of a very low driving current of the load without any increase in cost and complexity of the circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a synchronous rectification circuit adapted to an electronic transformer. Operation states of four transistor switches in the synchronous rectification circuit are adjusted in accordance with a detected input voltage signal of the synchronous rectification circuit to achieve synchronous rectification. Moreover, the transistor switches in a rectifier bridge and a switching control circuit are all integrated into a single chip to have an increased integration level, a reduced chip size, and high efficiency. The present disclosure also relates to a switching power supply comprising the above synchronous rectification circuit.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a synchronous rectification circuit can include: (i) a sampling circuit configured to sample a voltage across first and second power terminals of a synchronous rectifier, and to generate a first sampling voltage; (ii) an enable controlling circuit configured to delay the first sampling voltage, and to generate a second sampling voltage, and to activate a ramp voltage when the first sampling voltage is higher than the second sampling voltage; (iii) the enable controlling circuit being configured to generate an enable controlling signal in response to a comparison of the ramp voltage against a reference voltage that represents a predetermined light load condition; and (iv) a driving circuit configured to activate a driving signal to turn on the synchronous rectifier when the enable controlling signal and a synchronous rectification open signal are active.
