The first polarizer includes a first polarizing layer and a second polarizing layer which are stacked; a first polarizing region is formed on the first polarizing layer; a second polarizing region and a second light-transmitting region are alternately formed on the second polarizing layer; and an absorption axis direction of the second polarizing region is perpendicular to an absorption axis direction of the first polarizing region.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the filed of display technical, and provides a color filter substrate, a liquid crystal display panel, and a liquid crystal display device, which can solve the problem that the liquid crystal display panel and the liquid crystal display device in the prior art cannot display quickly in low temperatures. Since a heating element is provided on the color filter substrate, the technical solution of the invention has advantages of lower power consumption and more quick heating compared with the external heating manner. Thus, the liquid crystal display panel of the invention can display quickly even when the ambient temperature is too low.
