An acyltransferase functional domain originating from Shewanella PKS enzyme is adopted instead of an acyltransferase functional domain originating from Schizochytrium sp. PKS enzyme, and the strain is obtained by performing flat panel screening and acclimation screening with a high rotation seed and a low temperature.
