    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cache data obtaining method. After detecting a first request message specific to a target data server, a data request device determines, based on a pre-received local cache device list sent by a base station, a target local cache device used to cache service data of the target data server. Subsequently, the data request device establishes a network connection to the target local cache device, and sends a service data request specific to the target data server to the target local cache device by using the network connection. With data of the target data server cached to a local cache device on a base station side, the data request device can directly request the target service data from the target local cache device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a data transmission method and an apparatus, and the method includes: receiving, by a first network node, quick user datagram protocol internet connection (QUIC) data packets from a second network node; sorting, by the first network node, the QUIC data packets, to obtain a sorting result; and sending, by the first network node, the QUIC data packets to a third network node based on the sorting result. In this way, when air interface resources between the first network node and the third network node are relatively insufficient, the second network node sorts the received QUIC data packets, and sequentially sends the QUIC data packets to the third network node based on the sorting result.

    Abstract: A data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device are disclosed. The network device determines activation instruction information, where the activation instruction information is used to instruct to enable or disable a transmission control protocol (TCP) quick acknowledgement function. The network device sends the activation instruction information, and if the activation instruction information instructs to enable the TCP quick acknowledgement function, maintains a mapping relationship between a TCP sequence number and a radio link control layer protocol data unit (RLC PDU) sequence number. The terminal device receives the activation instruction information, and enables or disables the TCP quick acknowledgement function according to the activation instruction information, thereby optimizing a data transmission method using a TCP quick acknowledgement scheme.

A first network device may obtain first routing information of a direct link that is set up between a first terminal and a second terminal. In this way, when the two terminals communicate with each other, a service data transmission path may be the first terminal -> a first access network device -> a second access network device -> the second terminal, or may be the first terminal -> a first access network device -> a first core network device -> a second access network device -> the second terminal.
