  • Patent number: 12017206
Abstract: A preparation method of Cu—Pd—CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP catalyst and a synthesis method of benzopyrazine compounds. The preparation method of the Cu—Pd—CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a CeO2/?-Al2O3 carrier; (2) preparing a CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP carrier; (3) preparing the Cu—Pd—CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP catalyst by impregnation method. A one-pot method for synthesizing benzopyrazine compounds of formula (III) includes using an o-nitroaniline compound of formula (I) and an aliphatic diol compound of formula (II) as raw materials, carrying out the one-pot synthesis of the benzopyrazine compound of formula (III) under solvent-free condition and under the combined action of the Cu—Pd—CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP catalyst prepared by the method and an alkali. The Cu—Pd—CeO2/?-Al2O3@NP catalyst increases the number of basic sites by doping N and P, and meanwhile loads CeO2 to assist in the extraction of protons, thereby improving the dehydrogenation activity and product selectivity.

  • Publication number: 20230167196
Abstract: The invention discloses an anti-phenacetin monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain AD, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of food safety immunodetection. The monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain is named monoclonal cell strain AD and the number CGMCC19681. The Phe-BA obtained by the hydrolysis of the reaction product of the phenacetin metabolite acetaminophen and ethyl 4-bromobutyrate is used as the hapten, and the hapten is coupled with the carrier protein to prepare the immunogen Phe-BA-BSA. After the mice were immunized with the immunogen Phe-BA-BSA, they were fused with myeloma cells by PEG method, screened by indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and subcloned five times to obtain hybridoma cell lines. The monoclonal antibody secreted by the cell line can be made into a phenacetin detection kit, which has good affinity and detection sensitivity for phenacetin, and can be used for immunodetection of phenacetin residues in food.

  • Patent number: 10957030
Abstract: System and methods for solder void analysis with an optical inspection component are described, including a plurality of optical fibers longitudinally disposed through a glass tube such that ends of the optical fibers are exposed from corresponding ends of the glass tube. A solderable fill encompassing each of the optical fibers by filling spaces between each of the optical fibers and between the optical fibers and the glass tube such that the ends of the glass tube include the ends of the optical fibers surrounded by the solderable fill to form an interface around the optical fibers for soldering one of the ends of the glass tube to a solder pad.

  • Patent number: 10808041
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a lincosamides universal monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of food safety immunological detection. According to the present disclosure, a clindamycin chlorine-substituted derivative is used as a hapten, the hapten is coupled with bovine serum albumin (BSA) by an activated ester method to obtain an immunizing antigen, and after being uniformly mixed with a Freund's adjuvant, the immunizing antigen is subcutaneously injected to immunize BALB/c mice; clindamycin is coupled with ovalbumin (OVA) by a carbonyl diimidazole (CDI) method to be used as a coating antigen used for detecting mouse serums and a cell supernatant. The spleen cells of the immunized mice are fused with mouse myeloma cells by a PEG method, and screened by indirect ELISA and indirect competitive ELISA and subcloned three times to obtain a population-selective hybridoma cell strain.

  • Patent number: 10679054
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-implemented method for identifying a specified object. The method includes collecting attributes of a physical object within a physical space, in which the attributes include an object temperature obtained via an (IR) sensor and an object shape obtained via an image sensor. A machine learning algorithm is executed to allocate a coordinate to the object based on the attributes. In response to a request from a user to locate the object, the physical space is scanned via the IR sensor and the image sensor to identify the object and to detect a present location. An indication of a location of the object is then displayed to the user, in which the indication is at least one of the present location of the object or a predicted location of the object.
