By providing the plurality of concaves with an arched structure on the cover film, the flexible display device changes a light path less during a bending process, and rainbow ripples or water ripples may be avoided, thereby improving user experience. In addition, since the plurality of concaves are the arched structures with a certain radian, the plurality of concaves have a certain concentrating effect, so that brightness of a visible region of the flexible display device can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A display device and a display module. The display module includes: a blue LED chip, a yellow phosphor layer and a colour filter. A peak wavelength of a blue light emitted from the blue LED chip is in a range of 460±5 nm. The blue LED chip excites the yellow phosphor layer to emit a white light. The colour filter is disposed outside the yellow phosphor layer, and the white light emitted irradiates on colour filter. Through right shifting the peak wavelength of the blue band emitted from the blue LED chip to about 460 nm to realize the low blue energy and decrease the radiation. The transmittance of blue light of the colour filter is less than 7%, the transmission peak wavelength of blue light is in a range of 440-450 nm. The display module can decrease the energy of the blue band and ensure the display effect.

    Abstract: A light guiding plate and a backlight module are proposed. The light guiding plate includes light guiding matrixes. Two adjacent light guiding matrixes are equally spaced and the light guiding matrixes has two adjacent light guiding units. The light guiding plate has a side closed to a light source, and sizes of the light guiding unit increases with a distance from the side. Therefore, the reflected light from the light guiding plate is improved and thus make the emitted light even. This result reduces the interference phenomenon because it can prevent the reflected light from focusing on a certain area. Or, the light guiding matrix is shaped as a fold line or a curve. This structure makes the light emitted from the entire light guiding plate even and reduces the interference phenomenon because it can prevent the reflected light from focusing on a certain area.
