    Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting objects of interest in multimedia content are disclosed. One method includes receiving multimedia content at one or more computing systems, and generating a plurality of scenes from the multimedia content, each of the plurality of scenes including one or more candidate objects of interest. The method also includes receiving selection of one or more of the candidate objects of interest as objects of interest, and defining one or more actions to be taken with respect to one or more of the objects of interest. The method further includes generating metadata associated with each of the objects of interest, the metadata defining actions to be taken with respect to the one or more of the objects of interest.
