The display panel includes a base, a first signal transmission layer, a second signal transmission layer, a first dam, and a second dam. The first signal transmission layer is disposed on the base. The second signal transmission layer is disposed on a surface of a side of the first signal transmission layer away from the base. A first orthographic projection is defined by an orthographic projection of the second dam on the base. A second orthographic projection is defined by an orthographic projection of a second end portion of the second signal transmission layer on the base. The first orthographic projection is located at a side of the second orthographic projection close to the display area.

Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes: a substrate; a patterned shielding layer, having a fixed potential, arranged on one side of the substrate, and includes multiple shielding units connected to each other; and a driving circuit layer, arranged on one side of the shielding layer away from the substrate and comprising multiple driving transistors. An orthographic projection of each of the plurality of driving transistors projected on the shielding layer at least partially covers a corresponding one of the shielding units.
