The first static plate includes a first outer edge and a second outer edge which are adjacent to each other; a first inner edge provided with a first shaft mounting notch thereon; a first set of coils disposed on a braking surface of the first static plate. The second static plate includes: a third outer edge and a fourth outer edge which are adjacent to each other; the second inner edge which is matched with the first inner edge and is provided with a second shaft mounting notch which forms a shaft mounting hole of the drive shaft together with the first shaft mounting notch; the second set of coils are disposed on the braking surface of the second static plate.
