    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to microbiology and molecular biology, and specifically to a Clostridium-specific probe, use of the probe for detecting Clostridium content in pit mud and a method of detecting the Clostridium microorganism in fermentation pit mud using the probe. In view of the problem in the prior art that a method of detecting the number of Clostridium using fluorescence in situ hybridization has not been found, the present invention provides a complementary nucleic acid probe (SEQ ID NO: 1, named CLZ) specific to a conserved end sequence of 16S rRNA of Clostridium. The CLZ probe can be used to specifically detect Clostridium in samples such as fermentation pit mud, thereby providing an accurate and rapid analytical approach to investigate the regularity of Clostridium in a Luzhou-flavor liquor fermentation pit varying with age.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic junction box assembly having a housing having a housing body and a housing cover, a cable extending into the housing body and joined to the housing body, and an electrical connector disposed in the housing body and including at least a metal piece electrically connected to a solar cell and a terminal electrically connected to the cable, wherein a chamber for filling gel therein is formed between the terminal and the joint of the cable with the housing body. A part of the cable extending into the housing is fixed to and sealed in the housing by filling gel in the chamber, and first and second over-molded structures can further prevent the cable from being loosened relative to the housing of the junction box, and further prevent water from entering into the housing of the junction box.

The electric connection system includes a first electrical connector, a second electrical connector, and a third electrical connector. The first electric connector is connected to an electrical component positioned in each of the adjacent BIPV glass panels, while the second electric connector is positioned in the frame and configured to mate with the first electric connector. The third electric connector electrically connects adjacent second electric connectors in adjacent frames with each other.
