Abstract: An apparatus to effect the dicing of credit cards to prevent their inadvertent and unauthorized use is provided to include confronting faces, with the first face of a first housing having a matrix of lug members in a parallel relationship received within lug openings defined by orthogonally intersecting rows of first and second cutter blades. The apparatus is arranged to include slide drawer structure to permit the selective accommodation for disposal of the pieces thusly cut.
