  • Patent number: 8826297
Abstract: Web services are generated from an existing web site having web page based business processes or transactions. A script is generated representative of a user navigation sequence involved to perform the transaction. The script elements include the web application calls, input/output parameters, and/or the interrelation between the elements of the transaction. A WSDL file, web service interface code, and web service implementation code are generated from the navigation script, and may be published locally to the web site or on a remote site.

  • Patent number: 7992127
Abstract: A system and method for automatically generating web services from an existing web site having web page based business processes or transactions. A script is generated representative of the user navigation sequence involved to perform the transaction. The script elements include the web application calls, input/output parameters, and the interrelation between the elements of the transaction. A WSDL file, web service interface code, and web service implementation code are automatically, i.e. computer-aided, generated from the navigation script without a user required to have advance programming skills. The web service may be published locally to the web site or on a remote site.

  • Publication number: 20080154690
Abstract: A method, computer program and system for managing from a portal the worklists of server applications, each of the server applications owning one of the worklists and having at least one portlet on the portal. When a user connects to the portal, a server application worklist portlet, one for each server application, sends the corresponding user worklist content and preferences to an integrated worklist portlet. The integrated worklist portlet, displays to the user a view of a worklist integrating the worklists of all the server applications. Any change with a task is detected by the server application worklist portlet and sent to the integrated worklist portlet for refreshing the view of the integrated worklist.

  • Publication number: 20050132381
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of automatically generating and/or modifying service interfaces for web services implemented on a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) in response to recurring usage patterns identified from logged service usage data. An analyzer identifies recurring usage patterns and an inference engine determines from the usage patterns the fine-grained service definitions comprising frequently used services. A service generator creates new service definitions from the fine-grained service definitions in accordance with a set of rules.
