Abstract: An automated recruitment platform determines based on a candidate's work history, one or more matching job listings. For each candidate, a recruitment engine receives work history information, including a past or present job title and company. The recruitment engine receives job listings from employers. The recruitment engine uses a machine learning model to determine whether a job listing is a likely next job for a candidate based on the candidate's work history and the job listing. The recruitment engine provides this information to employers and/or further determines matching jobs based on candidate information and candidate job preferences. The recruitment engine facilitates communication between employers and candidates, including interview offers.
