  • Publication number: 20230091623
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a defect inspecting method and a defect inspecting system configured to inspect a memory device. The defect inspecting method includes the operations of: resetting the memory device from a power on state; initializing the memory device; performing a plurality of write operations to a memory cell array of the memory device according to a test pattern; performing a plurality of read operations to the memory cell array of the memory cell to generate a readout pattern; and determining whether a defect existed in the memory device according to the readout pattern.

  • Publication number: 20200008668
Abstract: A biomedical information processing system using an application program (APP) collaborated with an ocular temperature measurement technique includes an electronic device and a remote device. At least one user respectively holds an ocular temperature sensing device connected with the electronic device installed with an application program (APP). The electronic device exchanges information with the remote device. The ocular temperature sensing device acquires an instant ocular temperature measurement of a user, which is transmitted to the remote device through the APP. The remote device performs a characteristics comparison procedure according to a piece of comparison item information selected by the user on the APP to generate a comparison result. When the electronic device receives the comparison result from the remote device, the user can view the comparison result and create a tracking record through the electronic device for users to be aware of their eye health conditions at any time.

  • Publication number: 20190223712
Abstract: An eyelid opener and an eyelid opening and sensing device are provided. The eyelid opener has a housing, two eyelid pushers and one eye positioning unit. The eye positioning unit abuts the surrounding of the eye socket for positioning (e.g. one side of the nasal bridge), and then the sensing process (e.g. eye pressure, eye temperature) of an eyeball sensor is started, ensuring the inspected region remains the same for each measurement. By contacting the user's face, the eyelid opener can be operated by the user independently. The positioning process ensures the eyeball sensor and the eyeball are placed at a fixed distance to prevent the eyeball sensor from physical contacting or hurting the eyeball and to facilitate mounting the eyeball sensor near the eyeball. The two eyelid pushers can avoid unconscious blinking during the sensing process.

  • Patent number: 9060334
Abstract: A wireless communication device is a mobile station of a wireless communication network system. In an idle mode, when the wireless communication device enters a startup state from a sleep state to prepare for receiving a paging message, base station (BS) measurement is performed at least once before the paging message is received.

  • Patent number: 7333212
Abstract: In a method for measuring an absorption coefficient and a reduced scattering coefficient of a multiple scattering medium, a source light beam is outputted, and is transformed into a transformed light beam that includes a mutually parallel circularly polarized photon pair. The transformed light beam is split into a signal beam, which is focused and projected into the multiple scattering medium to produce a diffused polarized photon pair density wave, and a reference beam, which is converted into a reference heterodyne interference signal. The diffused polarized photon pair density wave is converted into a test heterodyne interference signal. Amplitude attenuation and phase delay of the signal beam that has propagated through the multiple scattering medium is obtained based on the reference and test heterodyne interference signals, from which the absorption coefficient and the reduced scattering coefficient of the multiple scattering medium are inferred.
