    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a microfluidic chip, a system and a method for automatic separation and detection of circulating tumor cells. The microfluidic chip includes a density gradient centrifugation assembly, a cell capture assembly, and a reagent storage assembly. The density gradient centrifugation assembly is configured to carry out density gradient centrifugation on a whole blood sample to achieve separation and obtain a plasma layer, a monocyte layer, a Ficoll solution layer, and an erythrocyte and granulocyte layer. The cell capture assembly includes a capture channel, a capture inlet, and a capture outlet. The capture inlet and the capture outlet are in communication with the capture channel. An inner wall of the capture channel is provided with capture holes and negative-pressure capture chambers. Each capture hole is in communication with one negative-pressure capture chamber correspondingly.

    Abstract: A microchannel device, including a homogenization chamber, a deceleration-cooling channel, an acidity regulation channel, a microchannel reaction chamber, and an ultrafiltration desalination chamber. A method for preparing high-oil-load microcapsules using the aforementioned microchannel device, including: preparing an aqueous phase and an oil phase; feeding the aqueous phase and the oil phase to the homogenization chamber to form a first emulsion; cooling the first emulsion; adjusting pH of the first emulsion with dilute hydrochloric acid; feeding the first emulsion to the microchannel reaction chamber to form a second emulsion with a core-shell structure; removing Na+ and Cl? from the second emulsion; and subjecting the second emulsion to spray drying to obtain the high-oil-load microcapsule powder.

    Abstract: An environmentally responsive Paecilomyces lilacinus microbead and its preparation method and application are provided. The Paecilomyces lilacinus microbead includes a capsule core and a capsule wall; wherein, in the capsule core, Paecilomyces lilacinus spore powder, a vegetable oil, glucose, peptone, a cellulose nanofiber, sodium citrate, and a surfactant are combined to form an emulsifiable capsule core; and in the capsule wall, chitosan, gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol, and water are combined to form a water-responsive shell. The environmentally responsive Paecilomyces lilacinus microbeads can stimulate the dissolution of polyvinyl alcohol in the shell according to the moisture content in the soil, so that the water in the soil flows into the microbeads. The cellulose nanofibers in the microbeads absorb water and expand, blocking the holes in the shell, resulting in the inability of spores to flow out.
