The first PUSCH is scheduled by the first DCI, a value of a first PUSCH procedure preparation time for the first PUSCH is a first value in a case that a first condition is not satisfied, and the value of the first PUSCH procedure preparation time is a value acquired by adding a second value to the first value in a case that the first condition is satisfied. The terminal apparatus determines the transmission of the first PUSCH in a case that a number of symbols between the first DCI and the first PUSCH is equal to or greater than a number of symbols corresponding to the value of the first PUSCH procedure preparation time.
