Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of tumor grade detection. Specifically disclosed are a gene combination for human tumor grading, and a use thereof. The gene combination for human tumor grading consists of a gene set A and a gene fragment set B. The gene combination for human tumor grading is obtained from high-throughput sequencing data of an actual renal cancer case of the Peking University First Hospital by means of specific pairing and clustering, is derived from real data, and can be used for malignancy degree grading and prognosis prediction for renal cancer and pan-cancer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a DNA classification method, comprising calculating the MHL value of a DNA methylation haplotype block and/or the DNA copy number variation data of a sample of interest; calculating the similarity between the MHL value of the DNA methylation haplotype block of the sample of interest DNA and the MHL value of a DNA methylation haplotype region of a respective classification label, and/or the similarity between the copy number variation data of the sample of interest DNA and the DNA copy number variation data of a respective classification label; and determining a classification for the DNA in the sample of interest by using a classifier model and based on the similarity. The present invention provides new means with good specificity and sensitivity for detection of tumors in the urogenital system.

The specific implementation scheme is as follows: generating a simulated external display of a cloud device according to an acquired target resolution of a target client; and generating frame buffer data according to a frame buffer area of the simulated external display in the cloud device, and sending the frame buffer data to the target client so that the target client performs image display on a target interface according to the frame buffer data.

Abstract: It is provided in the present invention with a cyclonic separation device for vacuum cleaner comprising a external barrel having a main wind inlet and a main wind outlet; a primary separator and a secondary separator in communication with each other both of which are located in the external barrel, and the primary separator is connected to the main wind inlet when the secondary separator is connected to the main wind outlet. Both filter and cyclonic separators are integrated in present invention: cyclonic filter device works as the primary separator and cyclonic separation device works as the secondary separator; which increases separation efficiency and reduces the volume of whole machine.
