The system receives a communication for an intended recipient. The communication includes a communication identifier for the intended recipient that serves as a destination for the communication. The communication is verified against a communication control policy of the intended recipient. The communication control policy includes at least one condition for attributes of a blockchain identity of one or more users to control communications from the one or more users to the intended recipient. Transference of the communication to the intended recipient is controlled in accordance with the communication control policy. An embodiment may include determining an area type for each distinct area depicted within the digital indoor mapping image based on an identified color used as a fill for each distinct area. In response to receiving a request for indoor navigation comprising a starting point and a destination point within the image, an embodiment may include determining a navigation path from the starting point to the destination point based on analysis of the request and the determined area types, wherein the navigation path traverses one or more distinct areas depicted within the image based on the identified color.

Abstract: Track transformations of mature digital twins from time of creation to decommissioning of the physical asset. As physical assets evolve, changes, repairs, maintenance and services relevant to the physical assets originally provided, can be applied or deemed inapplicable in the current state. Mature digital twins are leveraged to identify proposed changes to physical assets and compare original digital twins of the base asset to determine whether deviations over time render the proposed changes irrelevant. Irrelevant changes, due to deviations from the original digital twin, are further analyzed to determine whether the irrelevancy is due to a previous action performed on the physical asset and update to the mature digital twin. Previous updates to physical assets, reflected in the mature digital twin, can be eligible for rebates and incentives where the asset owners performed actions that render proposed updates irrelevant, while relevant changes are approved and permeated to mature digital twins.

The embodiment may include identifying a user participating in a voice call by a user voice signature. The embodiment may also include identifying a verbal request, received during the voice call, for the identified user to provide sensitive information. Abstract: An approach is provided that gathers customer metadata that pertains to the customer's physical assets. This metadata is compared to digital twin metadata that is stored in a digital twin marketplace. Results of the comparison are displayed on the display. The customer makes a selection from the display of one a digital twin template that matches one of the customer's physical assets. The customer then uses the selected digital twin to monitor the matched customer physical asset.

Abstract: According to a present invention embodiment, a system for controlling access to digital content comprises one or more memories and at least one processor coupled to the one or more memories. The system verifies a blockchain identity associated with a user. An access control policy indicates blockchain identities of one or more users for controlling access to the digital content of a different user. Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for managing retractable privacy partitions to dynamically subdivide spaces in buildings into sub-spaces (or rooms). Retractable privacy partitions are distributed throughout a given space in a building such that the retractable privacy partitions can completely retract into a surface of the given space (for example, the floor or ceiling) such that when they are fully extended, the retractable privacy partitions create separate rooms within the given space, and when fully retracted, the retractable privacy partitions do not significantly impede movement or sightlines throughout the given space. Further disclosed are techniques to manage the retractable privacy partitions based on properties indicative of demand for rooms of various sizes within the given space. Some embodiments further disclose retractable privacy partitions including switchable glass to provide additional flexibility through dynamic opacity along with dynamic extension/retraction of the partitions.

Abstract: A buy-online pickup-in-store (BOPIS) order at risk of abandonment is saved by converting the order to same-day delivery. A risk deadline is established using a combination of cognitive prediction, a customer-specific time frame, order constraints, and real-time data. The cognitive prediction uses a customer profile having historical data pertaining to previous BOPIS orders from this customer. If the product is not picked up by the risk deadline, a check is made to see if same-day delivery is feasible. If so, a notification is transmitted to the customer with proposed delivery details. The notification can be sent at an optimal time based on previous notifications sent to the customer and time constraints related to the order, and using an optimal communication channel based on previous engagement rates with the customer over different communication channels. Once confirmation is received from the customer, the product is shipped, saving the sale.

The system verifies a non-fungible token of a first blockchain is owned by a user. The non-fungible token is indicated by the user for access to an application associated with a second blockchain. Information for the second blockchain is retrieved from information for different blockchains associated with the non-fungible token. A blockchain address of the second blockchain is verified as being associated with the user based on the information for the second blockchain to grant access to the application.
