Abstract: A steering wheel cover includes a body and a closure member which are configured so as to cover a steering wheel. The body can be configured to either reflect or to retain sunlight so as to either prevent a steering wheel from becoming too hot or to keep a steering wheel from becoming to cold. Additionally, the steering wheel cover can be configured in such a manner to be invertible to allow heat reflection or absorption depending on the weather. Additionally the steering wheel cover can be provided with heating elements to keep a steering wheel warm and can be provided with advertisements or other promotional displays.
