Abstract: This invention teaches the user with a design and tool for protocols. It integrates the advantages of a user interface with a simple set of steps, powerful statistical methods, flexible and specialized knowledge bases which can incorporate previously optimized protocol methods as well as standardized baseline data, measurement unit conversion tools, display of the experiment design analysis in a way which is easily understood, and an optional feedback method for the refinement of the protocol method.
