  • Patent number: 12006694
Abstract: A louver roof system having a simplified assembly and installation methods. The louver roof system is constructed with multi-functional mechanical components by means of pre-molded parts to reduce skilled installation time. Louvers of the roof system each include a louver body defining an integrally formed channel configured to direct water internally from the louver body, through the integrally formed channel of the respective louver, within a frame, and out of the louver roof system when the louvers are in a closed position. The louver body of each of the louvers includes a top surface with an uppermost portion of the top surface that defines, when in the closed position, a non-perpendicular angle relative to the vertical direction such that water is directed to the integrally formed channel of the respective louver Thus, a water drainage path is an integral part of the main structural assembly.

  • Publication number: 20210308407
Abstract: An ultraviolet-C respirator mask that filters and destroys viruses by means of a HEPA type filter and a plurality of UVC LEDs projected on the filter. The filter element is worn on the garment of the user by means of an integral apparel clip and connected to the face mask through a breathing hose. This configuration allows easy replacement of the HEPA filter element and/or the facemask for considerations of hygiene. Filter element life is increased due to location further from contaminated field. Hygiene for the user is improved due to the collecting media being further from the user's face.

  • Publication number: 20210120783
Abstract: A two-handed retractable dog leash that provides two gripping handles integrated into a retractable leash. This eliminates problems handling large, strong and aggressive dogs by using the strength of both of the user's arms. The length of the handle allows enhanced control of the lease position to avoid becoming wrapped, by the dog, with the leash.

  • Publication number: 20160081845
Abstract: Disclosed is a nasal modulator that reduces or eliminates snoring. The disclosed nasal modulator is placed in the nasal passages and modulates air in an approximate frequency range of snoring. This modulation of inhaled air disrupts the vibration of respiratory structures by being out of phase with the normal resonance of these structures. The resonant air pressure wave is also out of phase with the inhaled modulated air. This cancellation of pressure waves and vibration of structures inhibits the loud auditory result associated with snoring.

  • Patent number: 9279579
Abstract: A vacuum cleaner inlet door lighting device for illuminating the area directly in front of a vacuum cleaner wall mounted inlet. The lighting device includes LED's operated upon the opening of a rotatable door have a directional pattern for optimum illumination. The LED's are mounted behind the rotatable door to cause illumination when the rotatable door is open. In an alternative embodiment the LED's are remotely mounted using fiber optic cabling for direction of the light when the rotatable door is opened. When the rotatable door opens the area in front of the wall mounted inlet is illuminated so that the dirt and debris can be seen while being pushed into the collection container. When the rotatable door is closed, the illumination is turned off.

  • Patent number: 7797869
Abstract: A preferably weather resistant multi-section upright stanchion assembly for a construction site document storage apparatus, a real estate display sign and the like. The stanchion assembly includes a plurality of elongated substantially similar stanchion sections and a ground-engaging tip. Each stanchion section includes an elongated body having a hollow first end thereof and a second end thereof sized for slidable, releasable, lockable engagement into said first end of the next adjacent stanchion section to facilitate ease of height adjustment of the stanchion assembly. The stanchion assembly releasably connects at one end into a mating support cavity formed between the front and back panels of the inner frame of the storage apparatus. A single or two spaced upright stanchion assemblies support two horizontal spaced display panel support arms which, in turn, support a preferably multi-panel display sign.

  • Patent number: 7578087
Abstract: A weather resistant construction site document storage apparatus including an outer enclosure having a front, a back, two spaced side and top panels formed as a single weather-sealed unit having an open bottom thereof. An inner document frame has a top, two spaced side, and back panels, all of which are formed as a single unit. A document retaining panel is connected to, and upwardly extends from, the bottom panel of the inner frame to define a trough, a remainder of a front surface of the inner frame being rearwardly displaced adjacent the back panel to provide an open interior volume for document placement. The outer enclosure is sized for close non-binding sliding engagement over the inner frame to cover the open front surface and to weather protect documents placed into the interior volume. Mating sliding engagement between the inner frame and the outer enclosure allow the outer enclosure to be slidably lifted upwardly and releasably held thusly for document placement and removal.

  • Patent number: 7434507
Abstract: A system and trash receptacle for compacting trash within the trash receptacle including a receptacle having upstanding front, side and back panels, a closed bottom, and a lid. The front panel is pivotably movable about a lower pivot axis located at a lower margin thereof by a drivable power unit operably connected between one side panel and front panel. This pivotal movement of the front panel into the interior volume of the receptacle compacts the trash within the receptacle to minimize the frequency of receptacle emptying required. A vehicle includes a power output which is temporarily engagable with the power unit as the vehicle is driven up to the trash receptacle, the power output driving the power unit to close the front panel to compact the trash within the receptacle.

  • Patent number: 7427238
Abstract: A golf club swinging guide releasably attachable to a lower end of a golf club shaft. The guide includes a housing having a stationary member with an alignment portion which is adjustably alignable perpendicular to the striking face of the golf club head. A wind vane is connected for free rotation to the housing about an upright axis of rotation oriented generally parallel to the club shaft. The wind vane, being responsive to movement of air, thereby visually aligns itself to the direction that the golf club is swung. Visual misalignment between the stationary portion and the actual direction of golf club swing at the moment of golf ball impact is discerned by an electronic circuit within the housing producing a sensorially perceivable output.
