Publication number: 20230304239Abstract: A canine feces rake device for manually removing canine feces with a plurality of prongs includes a handle. A foam wrap is enwrapped around an exterior surface of the handle and provides an area fore the user to grasp the handle. A shaft protrudes out from an end of the foam wrap. An end of the shaft can be inserted in a port of a rake. The port has a pair of holes and each of the holes has threading. A pair of screws engages by threading with the pair of holes and helps retain the shaft in a fixed position relative to the rake. A plurality of prongs extends out from an edge of the rake and has a curvature. Patent number: 8131579Abstract: An automated web-based system and application manages the creation, sharing and validation of program schedule data collaboratively among multiple teams in a structured manner to generate a networked program schedule such as for an events-based IMP/IMS. The Integrated Planning Solution (IPS) application provides a structured approach to large events-based planning that is time and cost efficient, produces well-managed, adequate and realistic schedules, is repeatable from project-to-project and can leverage information from previous projects. A focus of the IPS application is collaborative planning of the ‘accomplishment criteria’ for level 3 in an events-based program.Type: GrantFiled: July 9, 2007Date of Patent: March 6, 2012Assignee: Raytheon CompanyInventors: Jackson S. Publication number: 20060088292Abstract: A method for determining and displaying the status of a user selectable parameter associated with a song stored in a digital audio player. The method allows a handheld player that has limited computing power to easily determine the status of the user selectable features and display the status. The method includes generating a preference table that is stored in a mass storage device associated with the player. The preference table includes an entry for each selected song stored on the mass storage device, wherein each entry includes a unique identifier and data fields having data indicative of the status of the user selectable parameters. The unique identifiers correspond to the unique identifiers stored in a playlist file. During navigation of the playlist, the unique identifier is compared with the preference table to identify the corresponding entry and the applicable data field is read to determine the status of the user selectable parameters and to display the status information.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 16, 2003Publication date: April 27, 2006Inventors: Newton Guillen, Lisa Johnson, Botao Lin, Kam Fung

Publication number: 20030202209Abstract: A print unit prints pages of a print job in a different page order than the logical page order, but outputs the print job in a logical page order. A control system repetitively selects one or more portions of the print job from a memory device. Each of the one or more portions is selected out-of-logical page order for supply to the print unit to satisfy printing in the different page order. Each of the one or more portions when selected from the memory device, are temporarily stored in location(s) of a print-ready memory until no longer needed for supply to the print unit, at which time the control system releases the location(s) to be able to receive new data. “Memory out” conditions are also avoided by immediately releasing all objects associated with collated printing before completion of the collated print job, if memory is insufficient to complete the job.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 30, 2002Publication date: October 30, 2003Inventors: Douglas J. Mellor, Charles K. Keyes, Richard M. Dow, Lisa Johnson, Raymond S. Kennedy
