In addition, the apparatus includes a top panel that extends from one of the side panels over the chair seat and that releasably fastens to one or more other side panels. The apparatus might also include a wrapping mechanism that attaches to a chair and that includes a releasable fastener. The releasable fastener is positioned to be fastened when the wrapping mechanism wraps around a collapsed chair.
