Publication number: 20250259700Abstract: A method may include extracting a plurality of features for each cell depicted in an image. A biomarker identification model may be applied to determine, based on the features associated with each cell, whether the cell is associated with various biomarkers. A set of probabilities for each cell in the population of cells may be determined based on an output of the biomarker identification model. The set of probabilities may include, for each biomarker, a probability of a corresponding cell being associated with the biomarker. One or more subsets of cells, each of which corresponding to a different cellular phenotype, may be identified based on the set of probabilities associated with each cell. A feature set associated with each subset of cells may be identified as being indicative of a probability of a cell being associated with a corresponding phenotype. Related systems and computer program products are also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 1, 2025Publication date: August 14, 2025Inventors: Lisa Michelle MCGINNIS, Tatiana NOVITSKAYA, Andries ZIJLSTRA

Patent number: 11719727Abstract: A computing system obtains test data for a particle source. The test data was generated by the particle source when the particle source was caused to emit particles. The test data comprises a first set of measurements of a first type and a second set of measurements of a second type. The computing system applies a data agnostic predictive model to the test data. The data agnostic predictive model is generated without a parametric analysis of variables of the first type and variables of the second type. The data agnostic predictive model outputs, based upon the test data, a value that is indicative of whether or not the test data is abnormal. Based upon the value, the computing system outputs an indication that the particle source was operating sub-optimally when emitting the particles.Type: GrantFiled: February 10, 2021Date of Patent: August 8, 2023Assignee: National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLCInventors: Rosalie A.
