  • Publication number: 20230362282
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for improved interoperable data management between a user-accessed software application and an embedded software application. In some contexts, a user-accessed application provides both its own functionality as well as enabling access to functionality of an embedded application. The embedded application is accessed via a data-driven connection that provides several technical advantages and addresses various data interoperability and persistence problems. In some embodiments, a user-accessed application may be configured to provide functionality of multiple embedded applications consistent with the innovations herein described.

  • Publication number: 20230289411
Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating computer applications is disclosed. The method includes receiving, at a primary client associated with a primary server, a request to interact with an object hosted by a secondary server independent of the primary server; initializing, by the primary client, an embedded component associated with the secondary server that is embedded in the primary client; and passing, by the primary client, a content identifier of the object to the embedded component. The embedded component configured to: request the secondary server to provide the object based on the content identifier; receive the object from the secondary server; and render the object for display in the primary client.

  • Publication number: 20180173681
Abstract: A real property document processing system can parse real property documents such as appraisal documents to extract useful information relating to real property assets. The system can extract images, text, and other information. Using the extracted information, the system can associate extracted images with portions of text as corresponding captions. Caption association can be performed based on results of directional analyses performed on each page of the real property document. In addition, caption associate can be performed based on results of context analyses—the system can determine appropriate captions by comparing the text of caption candidates against known keywords associated with contexts determined for the images. By analyzing the images and their associated captions, the system can detect one or more real property features depicted in each of the images. The real property features can be used to assign searchable tags to the images.
