    Abstract: An article for holding annular elastic hair ties, hair clips and earrings in a decorative fashion in which the hair ties, hair clips and earrings appear to form the clothing of the article. The article has an elongate body and face. The body has a hair tie receiving portion having a cross sectional dimension larger than the internal diameter of the annular hair ties in their relaxed configurations. The article has a hair clip receiving strip for attaching the hair clips thereto. The article also has an earring holder for receiving earrings. The article has a loop attached to the body for hanging the article in an upright position with the face above the hair tie and hair clip receiving portion of the article.
