    Abstract: A garbage disposal cleaning device having a foldable and/or compressible splatter-guard to shield and prevent splattering of liquid and solid material when the device is being used. The handle of the garbage disposal cleaning device can be bent to make rotating the device easier, while the use of semi-soft non-abrasive bristles allows cleaning a garbage disposal unit without abrasive damage. The bristles can be specially contour-shaped to make cleaning of the garbage disposal unit and the surrounding drain more effective.
