Abstract: A dishwashing mitten is disclosed consists of flexible hand covering member defining an inner pocket for receiving a hand of a user, including a plurality of finger portions thereon to each cover a finger on the users hand and said flexible member defining a front side having a front surface and a back side having aback surface, wherein the front side includes a pocket for retaining the dishwashing detergent. The dishwashing mitten comprising an inner cloth layer, a middle liquid-resistant layer attached to the inner cloth layer, and an exterior cloth layer attached to the middle layer. The dishwashing mitten is waterproof to protect the hand of the user from dishwashing detergents and eliminates the need to use abrasive pad and liquid detergent.
