Abstract: Compositions and methods for manufacturing induced immune regulatory cells comprising induced myeloid suppressive cells including MDSCs (myeloid-derived suppressor cells), dendritic cells, macrophages, and subpopulations thereof are provided. Also provided are methods and compositions for further modifying and modulating the induced immune regulatory cells to achieve enhanced therapeutic potential in treating autoimmune disorders, hematological malignancies, solid tumors, viral infections, neurodegenerative disorders, inflammatory conditions, or GvHD.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for performing a treatment of a lesion within a subject using an endoscopic device. The endoscopic device comprises an endoscope and a catheter. The endoscope is configured to be inserted into the subject and includes a working channel. The catheter is configured to pass through the working channel of the endoscope. The catheter further comprises a sheath, an expandable device, and a light source. The sheath has a lumen and the expandable device may include an inflatable balloon. The light source is configured to be controllable through the lumen of the sheath. The light source is configured to selectively apply light to the lesion within the subject when the endoscope is inserted into the subject.

Abstract: Medical devices and methods are disclosed in the present application. In one illustrative example a medical device may comprise a catheter shaft extending from a proximal end to a distal end and the catheter shaft may include a plurality of catheter shaft lumens extending through at least a portion of the catheter shaft. The device may further include a first balloon member defining a first lumen in fluid communication with a first one of the plurality of catheter shaft lumens and a second balloon member defining a second lumen in fluid communication with a second one of the plurality of catheter shaft lumens. In some embodiments, the second balloon member may be disposed around the first balloon member and comprise a plurality of ports and a first raised portion and a second raised portion.
