    Abstract: A vaginal weight is provided which includes a tubular portion with a rounded end for enabling smooth insertion into a vagina. Another flat end and/or roughened surface disposed on the tubular portion enables user sensed vaginal resistance during outward movement of the weight in order to cause enhanced facilitation. A method utilizing the weights of the invention provides for exercising and examining the striated musculature.
