    Abstract: A hearing device or another hearing apparatus is to be made smaller in terms of its dimensions. It is proposed for this purpose to develop a battery contact at least in one section as an induction coil. The current produced by the battery can thus compensate for an interference field of a telephone coil, said interference field being produced for example by a hearing device earpiece, and no separate coils need to be provided.
