Abstract: An image processing method includes: performing a progressive removal processing of raindrops with different granularities on an image with raindrops, to obtain an image subjected to the removal processing of raindrops, wherein the progressive removal processing of raindrops with different granularities comprises at least: a first granularity processing and a second granularity processing; and performing fusion processing on the image subjected to the removal processing of raindrops and a to-be-processed image obtained according to the first granularity processing, to obtain a raindrop-removed target image.

Abstract: A method for processing batch-normalized data, an electronic device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: a plurality of sample data are input into a batch normalization (BN) layer in a target network to be trained for normalization to obtain a processing result of the BN layer, wherein the plurality of sample data are obtained by extracting features of a plurality of image data; a shift adjustment of initial BN is performed on the processing result of the BN layer according to a specified constant shift to obtain a processing result of a post-shifted BN layer; and the processing result of the post-shifted BN layer is nonlinearly mapped through a rectified linear unit (ReLU) of an activation layer, a loss function is obtained step by step and then back propagation is carried out to obtain a first target network.

Abstract: A video summary generation method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer storage medium are provided. The method includes: performing feature extraction on each shot in a shot sequence of a video stream to be processed, to obtain an image feature of the shot, each shot including at least one frame of video image; obtaining a global feature of the shot according to all image features of the shot; determining a weight of the shot according to the image feature of the shot and the global feature; and obtaining a video summary of the video stream to be processed based on the weight of the shot.
