    Abstract: A bowstring drawing assembly for a bow has a mounting frame, an operating device and a connecting belt. The mounting frame has a bottom bar, two supporting shafts and two pulleys. The supporting shafts are connected to the bottom bar. The pulleys are connected to the supporting shafts to hold the bow. The operating device is mounted on the mounting frame and has a holding seat, a rotating rod, a worm wheel, a worm shaft and a crank shaft. The holding seat is mounted on the bottom bar. The rotating rod is rotatably connected to the holding seat. The worm wheel is mounted around the rotating rod. The worm shaft is rotatably connected to the holding seat and engages the worm wheel. The crank shaft is connected securely to the worm shaft. The connecting belt is connected to the rotating rod of the operating device to mount around the bow.

    Abstract: A method of forming an integrated circuit device structure having a design rule of less than 0.13 micron. The method includes providing a substrate and forming a pad oxide layer overlying the substrate. The method includes forming a nitride layer overlying the pad oxide layer and patterning the nitride layer and pad oxide layer. A trench structure is formed within a thickness of the substrate using the patterned nitride layer and pad oxide layer as hard mask. The method forms a first thickness of liner oxide within the trench structure using at least thermal oxidation of an exposed region of the trench structure to cover the trench structure. Such thermal oxidation causes a rounding region near corners of the trench structure. The method selectively removes the thickness of liner oxide within the trench structure. The method forms a second thickness of liner oxide within the trench structure using at least thermal oxidation to cover the trench structure.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a polycarbonate resin composition of a high light reflectance comprising the following elements. A base material is formed by mixing from 50 to 99% by weight of a polycarbonate resin and from 1 to 50% by weight of a titania (TiO2). Wherein, one hundred parts of the base material is using as a calculating base. Further, 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of a brightness improver and 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of a stabilizer are added to the base material. Hence, the polycarbonate resin of the present invention not only can achieve the effect of high light reflectance, but also can provide with the advantages of the property of the thermal stability and the color stability.

    Abstract: Improved down mixing of audio channels of compressed digital audio signals by down mixing in the frequency domain. Fast virtual transform is applied to transform short DCT coefficients into long DCT coefficients, and down mixing is performed on the long DCT coefficients. Inverse discrete cosine transform is performed on the down mixed set of long DCT coefficients, generating signals in the windowing domain. The windowing domain signals are then overlapped and added to generate time domain signals suitable for further amplification. Down mixing in the frequency domain reduces the number of computations required.
