Patent number: 11932881Abstract: A heparin skeleton synthase originates from Neisseria animaloris, with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2 and a nucleotide sequence of the coding gene as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. Its recombinant expression level is 6.8 times that of the existing heparin skeleton synthase KfiA from Escherichia coli K5, and total enzyme activity per fermentation liquor is 5.22 times that of the heparin skeleton synthase KfiA. The heparin skeleton synthase mutants obtained through site-directed mutagenesis of the sites No. 16, No. 25, No. 30, No. 111, No. 165, and No. 172 in the amino acid sequence of the said heparin skeleton synthase all have high expression levels.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2022Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignees: SHAN DONG UNIVERSITY, Bloomage Biotechnology Corporation LimitedInventors: Juzheng Sheng, Xueping Guo, Jianqun Deng, Fengshan Wang, Zhen Lu, Ranran Du, Liu Sun, Yuanjun Sun

Patent number: 7505448Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for resource allocation and rate control of dedicated channels in a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) communication system, the method being characterized by comprising: a) the step of determining channel states of downlink DCH channels for non-realtime data services; b) the step of determining states of the users using said downlink DCH channels; and the step of correlating the channel states determined in step a) with the user states determined in step b), and dynamically allocating the DCH channels with certain rates to the users in the different User states according to a wireless measurement result measured by a current transmission channel and based on the priority and fairness requirements. According to the present invention, the method effectively realizes the bandwidth resource allocation and rate control, improves the radio resource availability and provides users, to the maximum extent, with a data service bandwidth as high as possible.Type: GrantFiled: November 27, 2003Date of Patent: March 17, 2009Assignee: Utstarcom (China) Co. Ltd.Inventors: Liu Sheng, Baijun Zhao

Patent number: 7086582Abstract: A sequential punch press includes an upper die (10), a lower die (90), and an adjusting device (60) in the upper die. The upper die sequentially includes a punch set (20), a punch pad (30), a punch holder (40), and a stripper (50). A punch (70) is vertically and movably secured in the punch holder and received in the stripper. The adjusting device includes first and second sliding plates (64, 66) respectively having protrusions (65b, 67b), a piston cylinder (68) having a piston rod (682) fixedly connected with the first sliding plate, and a programmable controller for causing the piston rod to slidingly move the first sliding plate. When the first protrusions opposingly abut the second protrusions, the punch can extend beyond the stripper to punch a workpiece. When the first protrusions do not opposingly abut the second protrusions, the punch cannot extend beyond the stripper to punch the workpiece.Type: GrantFiled: May 9, 2002Date of Patent: August 8, 2006Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Ind. Patent number: 6736039Abstract: A workpiece shift apparatus includes a bottom plate (10), a middle plate (40), and a top plate (70). A first pushing plate (26) is slidably attached on the bottom plate. The first pushing plate includes cutouts (30) in one edge thereof, and arcuate steps (32) on an opposite edge thereof. A first pushing means is installed on the bottom plate, and includes a handspike (19). The handspike sequentially engages in the cutouts to move the first pushing plate in a first direction. The steps thereby push the combined middle plate and top plate in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A second pushing plate (56) similar to the first pushing plate, and a second pushing means similar to the first pushing means are attached on the middle plate for pushing the top plate in the first direction.Type: GrantFiled: May 29, 2002Date of Patent: May 18, 2004Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Ind. Co., Ltd.Inventors: Chia Hsiang Yang, Liu Sheng Tang, You Cai Yang, Tai Ping Chou, Zai Xing Wu

Patent number: 6626281Abstract: A workpiece shift apparatus includes a bottom plate (30), a middle plate (50) slidably attached on the bottom plate, and a top plate (80) slidably attached on the middle plate and defining cutouts (86). A first pushing means is installed on the bottom plate and includes a first piston cylinder (32), a first piston rod (34), and a first handspike (38). The combined middle plate and top plate is moveable in a first direction by the first pushing means actuating the first handspike to push the middle plate. A second pushing means is installed on the middle plate and includes a second piston cylinder (56), a second piston rod (58), a third piston cylinder (70), a third piston rod (72), and a second handspike (73). The top plate is moveable in a second direction by the second pushing means actuating the second handspike sequentially inserted into the cutouts.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2001Date of Patent: September 30, 2003Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Ind.
