    Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for fusing scenes from real-time image feeds from on-vehicle cameras in autonomous vehicles to reduce redundancy of the information processed to enable real-time autonomous operation are described. One example of a method for improving perception in an autonomous vehicle includes receiving a plurality of cropped images, wherein each of the plurality of cropped images comprises one or more bounding boxes that correspond to one or more objects in a corresponding cropped image; identifying, based on the metadata in the plurality of cropped images, a first bounding box in a first cropped image and a second bounding box in a second cropped image, wherein the first and second bounding boxes correspond to a common object; and fusing the metadata corresponding to the common object from the first cropped image and the second cropped image to generate an output result for the common object.

    Abstract: Techniques for managing data blocks involve: generating, based on a first hash algorithm, a first fingerprint for a first block. The techniques further involve: if it is determined that there is a second fingerprint, in a fingerprint database, that is generated for a second block based on the first hash algorithm and matches the first fingerprint, determining whether there is a third fingerprint, in the fingerprint database, that is generated for the second block based on a second hash algorithm. The techniques further involve: if it is determined that the third fingerprint exists in the fingerprint database, generating a fourth fingerprint for the first block based on the second hash algorithm; and determining whether the first block and the second block are duplicate by comparing the third fingerprint and the fourth fingerprint. Such techniques can effectively reduce the overhead of identifying duplicate data blocks in data deduplication.

A control unit selectively opens and closes switching elements to separately control the connections between the battery packs and an electrical load, such as a motor. During charging, the control unit opens and closes switching elements to control the charging rate of the individual battery packs. When the battery packs are connected to an electrical load, the control unit controls the state of the switching elements to selectively discharge the battery packs to power the riding vehicle and/or electric loads.

In some embodiments, the adhesive resin may be present in a relatively low amount and/or may have a low glass transition temperature. The filter media as a whole may have one or more advantageous properties, including one or more of a high stiffness, a high bond strength between the first layer and the second layer, a high gamma, and/or a low increase in air resistance after being subjected to an IPA vapor discharge. The filter media may be, for example, a HEPA filter and/or an ULPA filter.
