The backside redistribution layer is disposed over the stacking structure.     Abstract: The present invention provides a composite server heat sink with a metal base having a thermal conductivity of at least 200 W/mK. Plural fins extend from the metal base, each fin having an anisotropic thermal conductivity in a range of approximately 300 to 650 W/mK in a longitudinal direction of the fin and less than approximately 30 W/mK in a widthwise direction of the fin. Each fin includes graphite in an amount of approximately 45-70 wt. %, diamond in an amount of approximately 2.5 to 10 wt. % with the balance comprising a metal selected from one or more of copper and aluminum. To create the anisotropic thermal properties, the graphite is aligned along the longitudinal direction of the fin.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for preparing a hierarchical porous TS-1 molecular sieve, which uses a silicon-titanium ester polymer as both titanium source and silicon source. In the method, silicon and titanium are uniformly connected to a same polymer, and the hydrolysis rates thereof are equivalent during hydrolysis, which can prevent TiO2 precipitation and reduce the generation of non-framework titanium. Further, the silicon-titanium ester polymer is not only used as both silicon source and titanium source, but also can be used as mesoporous template in the synthesis process. The obtained TS-1 molecular sieve has mesoporous structure with narrow pore size distribution, which plays an important role in promoting the application of TS-1 molecular sieve in the field of catalysis.

In an embodiment, a first set of bins are acquired for a histogram based on the plurality of data points. In response to receiving a data point, a bin closest to the data point is determined from the first set of bins. In response to a distance between the data point and the bin not exceeding a threshold, the data point is merged into a target bin of the first set of bins, where the width of the target bin after merging the data point is closest to an average width of the first set of bins before the merging. The SOT differential reader is a multi-terminal device that comprises a first shield, a first spin hall layer, a first free layer, a gap layer, a second spin hall layer, a second free layer, and a second shield. The gap layer functions as an electrode and is disposed between the first spin hall layer and the second spin hall layer. Electrical lead connections are located about the first spin hall layer, the second spin hall layer, the gap layer, the first shield, and/or the second shield. The electrical lead connections facilitate the flow of current and/or voltage from a negative lead to a positive lead. The positioning of the electrical lead connections and the positioning of the SOT differential layers improves reader resolution without decreasing the shield-to-shield spacing (i.e., read-gap).
