    Abstract: A tubing for an electric submersible pump (ESP) for oil production. Cables are wrapped outside a first outer sheath at equal intervals; an inner side of the cable is covered with an insulating layer; an inner side of the insulating layer is covered with an aluminum tape; and a conductor is nested inside the aluminum tape. The inner pipe is combined with the cable to meet the oil production requirement of a coiled tubing (CT) and solve a power transmission problem of the submersible pump. The first outer sheath and a second outer sheath ensure that the tubing has a high bearing capacity and stability inside. A first steel belt and a second steel belt ensure a high resistance to pulling and deformation inside the tubing in use.

    Abstract: A method for forming an anode of a sodium ion battery includes a step of heat treating the red phosphorus precursor and reduced graphene oxide powder at a first temperature that vaporizes the red phosphorus precursor such that red phosphorus structures grow on the reduced graphene oxide powder. Another method for forming an anode of a sodium ion battery includes steps of placing a red phosphorus precursor and a graphene oxide precursor in a reaction chamber; establishing a reducing environment in the reaction chamber; and heating the red phosphorus precursor and a graphene oxide precursor to a first temperature that is sufficient temperature to form a composite of red phosphorus and reduced graphene oxide. Characteristically, red phosphorus deposition and graphene oxide reduction are completed simultaneously in a single-step heat treatment. A method for making a black phosphorus-composite for sodium-ion batter anodes is also provided.

Electrical lead connections are located about the first spin hall layer, the second spin hall layer, the gap layer, the first shield, and/or the second shield. The electrical lead connections facilitate the flow of current and/or voltage from a negative lead to a positive lead. The positioning of the electrical lead connections and the positioning of the SOT differential layers improves reader resolution without decreasing the shield-to-shield spacing (i.e., read-gap).

Each device can have a first die, a second die stacked over the first die and a third die stacked over the second die. The second die can include a first through-silicon via (TSV) and a first circuit, and the third die can include a second TSV and a second circuit. The first TSV and the second TSV can be linearly coextensive. The first and second circuit can each be a logic circuit having a comparator and counter used to generate die identifiers. The counters of respective device die can be connected in series between the dice. Each die can be manufactured using the same masks but retain unique logical identifiers. A given die in a stack of dice can thereby be addressed by a single path in a same die layout.
