    Abstract: A method for evaluating the mechanical state of a high-voltage shunt reactor based on vibration characteristics is disclosed, relating to the technical field of electrical equipment fault diagnosis. The method includes: based on historical state data and real-time vibration and noise signal data of the high-voltage shunt reactor and through an LSTM neural network time series prediction method, comparing deviation between predicted characteristic value and actual characteristic value, and determining whether the high-voltage shunt reactor has mechanical defects or failures. By using the historical state data and the real-time vibration and noise signal data of the high-voltage shunt reactor, an LSTM neural network time series prediction method, as well as comparison of the deviation between the predicted characteristic value and the actual characteristic value, etc., the evaluation of the mechanical state of the high-voltage shunt reactor is realized.

    Abstract: A wireless communications system, a scheduling method, a wireless communications method, and an apparatus are provided. Frequencies of operating channels of a plurality of radio access nodes included in a first radio access cell in the wireless communications system are the same. A controller of the system may indicate one radio access node in the first radio access cell to serve as a transceiving access node in a first scheduling period, and indicate another radio access node to serve as an uplink access node. Because in the first scheduling period, the transceiving access node can perform uplink communication and downlink communication with a wireless terminal, and the uplink access node cannot send a radio signal, a problem of co-channel interference can be effectively solved.

    Abstract: Red rust staining of Al/Zn coated steel strip in “acid rain” or “polluted” environments can be minimised by forming the coating as an Al—Zn—Si—Mg alloy coating with an OT:SDAS ratio greater than a value of 0.5:1, where OT is the overlay thickness on a surface of the strip and SDAS is the measure of the secondary dendrite arm spacing for the Al-rich alpha phase dendrites in the coating. Red rust staining in “acid rain” or “polluted” environments and corrosion at cut edges in marine environments can be minimised in Al—Zn—Si—Mg alloy coatings on steel strip by selection of the composition (principally Mg and Si) and solidification control (principally by cooling rate) and forming Mg2Si phase particles of a particular morphology in interdendritic channels.

A second user equipment (UE) may request hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) responses from a first UE for a particular set of sidelink processes over a physical sidelink feedback channel. To indicate multiple sidelink processes, the second UE may indicate, in sidelink control information, a window of sidelink processes. The window may be a sliding window that starts with a starting sidelink process and extends through other sidelink processes. The second UE may transmit data for the sidelink processes in the sliding window and receive feedback for the indicated sidelink processes. In some aspects, the first UE may select, in coordination with the second UE, the sidelink processes for which feedback is to be provided.
