    Abstract: A system and method for optimizing processing of keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) data in an internet protocol (IP) network environment receives via public interface access requests from users directed to KVM targets. The system includes a public and private virtual local area network (VLAN) linked by a bonded interface and general-purpose and optimized application containers. The general-purpose container initiates a KVM session and creates a network address translation (NAT) route (associated with an IP address visible to the user) and a dedicated interface via which the user may send KVM data directly and through the optimized application container, which prioritizes KVM data so it can pass without preemption through the private VLAN and to its intended KVM target in real-time or near real-time. The NAT route and external IP address may be reused for multiple access sessions to different KVM targets from the same user.

A first filling layer and a second filling layer are sequentially arranged in the first region, and a first filling layer is arranged in the second region; wherein, in the first region, the height of the first filling layer is lower than the height of the second filling layer. The device provides an advantage that the saddle-shaped shallow trench isolation structure in the first region reduces the trapping centers during any interference from adjacent word line structures, and also reduces the overlap areas of adjacent word line structures formed subsequently, thereby reducing parasitic capacitance, curtailing leakage and improving the semiconductor device's performance.

The method further includes: comparing the determined rate of correlation with a predetermined threshold, and determining, based on the comparison of the determined rate of correlation with the predetermined threshold, grouping of the at least two objects. With this method, objects with a high degree of correlation are logically grouped together, so that a user can manage objects in batches in an efficient manner during object management, thus improving the system performance.
