    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cell forming apparatus and a cell forming process. Prior to entering a winding device, a device compounds the anode pole piece and the cathode pole piece with a first diaphragm to obtain a first compound material strip. Since the pole pieces are respectively located on two sides of the first diaphragm, the first diaphragm is enveloped between the anode pole piece and the cathode pole piece. During the compounding process, the surfaces on both sides of the first diaphragm will not come into direct contact with the compounding device. Therefore, the adhesive on the surface of the first diaphragm does not adhere to the compounding device, thereby improving the compounding effect of the first diaphragm with the anode pole piece and the cathode pole piece, and thus enhancing the quality of the manufactured cell. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a cell.

    Abstract: A winding mandrel mechanism and a winding machine are provided. The winding mandrel mechanism includes a winding pin holder, two half winding pin assemblies, and a driving rod. Each half winding assembly includes an outer pin and an inner clip mounted to the winding pin holder and movable along a radial direction of the winding mandrel mechanism. The driving rod is advanced axially, and inner clips are driven by second cam structures to move radially until clamping material to be wound. The winding mandrel mechanism is rotated to wind the clamped material around outer periphery of the winding mandrel mechanism. To adjust a circumference of the winding mandrel mechanism, the driving rod is advanced continuously along the axial direction of the winding mandrel mechanism, and outer pins are driven to move radially away by first cam structures, thereby increasing the circumference of the outer pins.
