The first image may be generated based on first scan data acquired by a first imaging device in a first coordinate system. A first route in the first image may be determined. The first route may extend from a first point of the subject to a second point of the subject in the first coordinate system. The first route in the first coordinate system may be transformed to a second route in a second coordinate system related to maneuvering of a surgical equipment. An instruction to perform a surgical operation on the subject along the second route in the second coordinate system may be transmitted to the surgical equipment.
